Managing multiple claims without a centralized system led to delays and inefficiencies. They lacked tools for streamlined photo uploads, real-time communication, and estimate tracking — making accurate, timely assessments difficult.
We developed a subscription-based platform where clients can upload vehicle photos and claim details to receive damage estimates within 24–48 hours. The system includes live chat, role-based dashboards, queue-limited unlimited estimates, and status tracking. It also features ACH payments, secure document handling, and a streamlined workflow—offering a scalable solution tailored to the auto repair and insurance industry.
The Estimators aimed to create a seamless, user-friendly platform for quick and accurate collision appraisals. The goal was to streamline claim submissions, improve estimate accuracy, and enhance efficiency for both clients and insurance companies. By prioritizing ease of use and reliability, the platform ensures a smooth experience from claim submission to final assessment.
Users log in to the platform and submit their claims by uploading photos and providing relevant details. The Estimators then review the information, assess the damage, and prepare accurate estimates. Once completed, clients receive detailed reports, ensuring a smooth and efficient appraisal process.
