The Challenge

AI customer support platforms need to communicate automation, trust, and business value without overwhelming investors with technical detail. Many SaaS decks become too text-heavy, making traction, product purpose, and market opportunity harder to understand quickly. Depu needed to show the pressure of ticket overload, slow support response, and chatbot limitations in a clear visual story. The challenge was to make AI support automation feel simple, measurable, and commercially strong.

The Solution

The design uses a dark mode slide system with black rounded cards, large white headlines, neon lime highlights, and purple-green gradient sections. Slides such as “Support that resolves itself,” “Meet Depu,” “A $62B market,” and “$1.4M ARR” create a direct investor narrative. Pie charts, concentric market visuals, line graphs, pricing cards, and icon-led problem statements make the deck easy to scan. The visual system keeps the platform message focused on speed, scale, and automated ticket resolution.
